ORMOCHANA Store Credit Policy
Customers' satisfaction with purchases is a priority. Store credit may be available under these conditions:
Eligibility for Store Credit:
- Returns: Returns of eligible items are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Conditions of Returned Items: Items must be in [new, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached]condition to be eligible for store credit.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to process a return for store credit.
- Non-Returnable Items: ALL JEWELRY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
How Store Credit Works:
- Issuance: Upon acceptance of a return, store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s).
- Usage: Store credit can be used towards future purchases at ORMOCHANA.COM.
- Expiration: NO EXPIRATION DATE FOR STORE CREDIT
- Non-Transferable: Store credit is for the original recipient and cannot be transferred or sold to another account.
- Balance: Customers can view their store credit balance through their online account or contact customer service by email at ormochana@yahoo.com.
Important Notes:
- Store credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards or other store credits.
- This store credit policy is subject to change without notice.
