Thank you for shopping with ORMOCHANA. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

đźšš Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Economy Shipping (5-8 business days) – via USPS

  • Local Pickup - we will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Pickup Location is at Agape Ministries, 2709 Ensley 5 Points W Ave Birmingham AL 35218.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holiday volumes.

đź’˛ Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $7.95 on all U.S. orders

  • Local Pickup: FREE 

International shipping is currently not available. We're working on expanding this soon!

đź•’ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (central time) or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don’t see it within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at ormochana@yahoo.com.

đźš« Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States at this time.

📬 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but missing, please contact us at ormochana@yahoo.com within 7 days. We'll help file a claim with the carrier and work with you on a resolution.

📦 Returned Packages

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, we’ll contact you. You’ll have the option to reship (with a new shipping fee) or receive a store credit minus shipping costs.
